Too Expensive?Yes, you do pay RE/MAX a monthly fee. How much? Would you believe that you can have your own semi-private office (with a door and a lock that you have the key to) for under $13,000 per year. Yes, for a little more than one thousand dollars a month you can be a part of this team. How much do you pay your current broker in commission splits? For example, if you sold $3,000,000 in sales volume at 3% commission you would have gross commissions of $90,000. If you were on a 50/50 split with your broker you pay your broker $45,000.
